Primarily an oil painter, I explore existential themes by manipulating the physicality of oil paint. I want to understand the human condition and our behaviors in response to our condition. I do not believe there is a save-all answer, but I pursue conversations on personal perceptions and how we feel we must navigate to survive in our daily lives. I explore these in the expressive application of my paints and the detailed renderings of my drawings.
