Rachael Homack

Racheal Homack’s drawings, sculptures, and digital illustrations are created from an abstract perspective, which asks the viewer to find their own definition for the work.  She allows her internal landscape to come forward working intuitively and abstractly, with little reservation. She begins her work without predetermined conclusions. Her compositions develop as color, lines and texture blend to evoke a sense of harmony. This concept is demonstrated in the sculptures that she creates from fabric, wood, plastic, metal, and glass.  She employs familiar techniques in conceptually new ways. She uses a variety of methodologies and approaches to create her artwork based on the needs that the subject matter demand.
